Abstract: Song and Ming Confucianism theory, theory of orthodoxy and mind-nature, and the theory of “The Extension of Knowledge Through the Investigation of Things” brought a profound influence on Chinese academics, which include the Chinese medicine. The master of Chinese medicine Li Shizhen had taken the imperial examination and had contact with some Neo-Confucianists. In his works, Li pays attention to the interpretation of physics, medical theory, and pulse theory, which can intuitively reflect the influence of Neo-Confucianism on his thoughts.
