從乾、坤二卦看《周易》在内丹學中的應用

摘要: 從漢代開始,丹道家為了闡述其基本理論,即引入了《周易》,將之與黃老思想、爐火燒煉法度相結合,形成了獨特的符號表徵體系。在整個金丹學發展過程中,乾坤兩卦成為修煉隱喻的綱領。坤卦隱喻“養已煉已築基”的功夫,乾卦則隱喻“煉精化烈、煉无化神、煉神返虛、煉虛合道”的“四煉”過程。抓住這一點,有助於看清《周易》在內丹學中的應用理路,也有助於明白內丹學的內核。

Abstract: From the Han Dynasty, Daoist of Elixir introduced Zhouyi to combine it with Huang-Lao thought and the practice of making an elixir, thus forming a unique set of sign systems. Qian and Kun especially became the outline of the metaphor in the development of the Golden Elixir practice. Kun has close metaphor correspondence to cultivate oneself to establish the foundation in elixir practice while Qian refers to the four-step progress: practicing essence(精)to form pneuma(气), practicing qi to form spirit(神), practicing spirit(神)to return to xu(虛)and practicing xu(虛)to reach Tao. Based on this, we can see clearly the application of Zhouyi in inner elixir practice and the essence of the inner elixir.
